About Henry

Serving his first term as a State Representative, Henry Beck provides an effective voice for Waterville and Oakland. From 2006 to 2009, Henry was a member of the Waterville City Council representing the neighborhood where he grew up. Henry's family has lived in the central Maine for over one hundred years running a successful roofing company, CO Beck Roofing off College Avenue in Waterville.

In January 2007, Henry travelled to New Orleans on behalf of Catholic Charities to develop wage and recovery policies. Like many residents of Waterville and Oakland, Henry attended Mt. Merici School and attends services at Chorpus Christi Parish.

Henry is a graduate of Waterville Senior High School and Colby College. He is also a George J. Mitchell and American Legion Scholar
